‘La Gioconda d’estate’ is the sunny and gingery daughter of the cake created in 2016 for the 50th anniversary of Da Vittorio as a tribute to Signora Gioconda who, for the Cerea brothers, is Mamma Bruna, as she loved being called by Papà Vittorio since the beginning.
Bruna is the hinge that binds us to tradition, to the roots of our journey, to respect for nature and raw materials, for the seasons and the territory. And it is from these values that ‘La Gioconda d’estate’ takes its inspiration, celebrating with simplicity and joy the milestone of 55 years of activity for our family.
‘La Gioconda d’estate’ offers a soft and delicate dough which encloses sun-coloured seasonal fruits: slightly candied peaches and apricots that tell of summer, releasing the inviting scent of ‘Moscato di Scanzo’ sweet wine at every slice.
It is a symbol of family and an elegant good luck gift.
‘La Gioconda estiva’ is born from our great pastry tradition, it is a leavened product without preservatives and with an unforgettable taste. Natural raw materials and handcrafting create small imperfections that make each product unique and genuine. Enjoy!
