Da Vittorio brings to your home this typical almond cake of Lombardy, in particular, of the city of Mantua: it is a crumbly baked cake with a rich taste. A simple and poor cake that has peasant origins: when in the past, with just a few ingredients, simply crumbling them together (from the Mantuan dialect ‘brisa‘ meaning crumb) a tasty cake called ‘Sbrisolona’ was made.
