An authentic classic of the Italian and Mediterranean tradition, enriched by our Chefs. Not one, but three different types of tomatoes are used to create the iconic ‘Paccheri alla Vittorio’ sauce. The San Marzano, with its renowned elongated shape and fleshy pulp, gives the sauce a lively, full-bodied flavour. The Pachino, with its round, bright red fruits and firm, sugary pulp, gives the sauce an intense, tasty flavour. Last but not least, the yellow Datterino, the famous ‘pomo d’oro’ (‘golden apple’): its extreme sweetness and low acidity, combined with its bright yellow colour, give it that delicate and velvety touch that makes it irresistible. The slow and skilful cooking by our chefs completes the uniqueness and peculiarity of the tomato sauce par excellence.
