Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including, by way of example and not limitation, texts, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, distinctive elements, layout, design, as well as the structure and organization of the site (hereinafter, the “Content”), are the exclusive property of Da Vittorio S.r.l., or licensed to it, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
Any form of reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, even partial, of the Content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Da Vittorio S.r.l.
Access to the site and use of the Content do not in any way imply the transfer or granting of any rights to the user.
The trademarks, logos and distinctive signs on the site are registered or otherwise available to Da Vittorio S.r.l. Their use in any form without the Company’s written authorization is prohibited.
Any uses permitted by law (such as, by way of example, the right of quotation) must comply with legal limits and include explicit indication of the source.

Prohibition of Use of Content for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems and Competitive Purposes

Without prejudice to what is expressly permitted by mandatory provisions of law, it is prohibited for any party to use, even indirectly, the Content of the site, in whole or in part, for the purposes of development, training, optimization or operation of artificial intelligence (AI) systems, including generative models, machine learning systems, large language models (LLMs) or similar technologies.
Any use of the Content, whether by automated tools or otherwise, for competitive, comparative or benchmarking purposes, as well as for the creation of databases, datasets or digital archives intended for commercial use, is also prohibited.
In particular, the following are prohibited:

• systematic or large-scale extraction of data or content from the site;
• reproduction, even partial, of the Content in datasets intended for the training or improvement of AI systems;
• use of the Content for the generation of outputs, derived content or competing services.

Any unauthorized use of the Content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may be prosecuted under applicable law. Da Vittorio reserves all actions to protect its rights, including claims for damages.

Limitation of Liability

Limitation of liability Da Vittorio S.r.l. undertakes to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, up to date and complete; however, it provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the absence of errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Therefore, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from access to or use of the site, including, by way of example, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, data loss, computer viruses or other harmful elements.
Da Vittorio S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the content of the site at any time, as well as to suspend or interrupt, even temporarily, access to the site or to individual functionalities, without prior notice.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Such websites are not under the control of Da Vittorio S.r.l., which therefore assumes no responsibility in relation to the content, information or services offered by them.
