Renitens 2021 – Resistenti Nicola Biasi Vino bianco d’Italia

Resistenti – Nicola Biasi decides to give a concrete identity to his project.The grapes for Renitens are harvested in the six different native terroirs of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino.
The vinification of the grapes always takes place separately in the individual cellars, following the stylistic choices of the winemaker and wineries. Their ageing also differs according to the distinct oenological choices.
When the time is up, Nicola’s expert hand chooses the blend. The best combination of wines, selected directly from the wineries, gives rise to Renitens: the fruit of work, passion and business ethics.

This year, the following blend was chosen:

• Riviera friulana ALBAFIORITA 40%
• Collio Della Casa 5%
• Pedemontana veneta CA’ DA ROMAN 22%.
• Colle Regina 13% Colli Trevigiani
• Valbelluna Poggio Pagnan 10%
• Dolomiti trentine VIN DE LA NEU 10%

A journey through Italian territories, 6 producers and 6 terroirs that come together in a single label to tell the story of the Resistenti-Nicola Biasi network as best as possible.
The notes of orange blossom, almonds and basil are fine and delicate and provide a unique bouquet. Hints of boxwood, magnolia blossom and hawthorn slowly build up from the background. Full-bodied, with an excellent polyphenolic structure and a pronounced, fragrant finish. Wine to be drunk young or aged.
