The 100% Italian traditional turkey (whole) processed and stuffed by the skilful hands of our chefs, according to the secret recipe of Vittorio Cerea. The ingredients of the stuffing are, to this day, a jealously guarded secret, handed down in our kitchens from generation to generation. The only certainty is the wonderful almond taste that will inebriate you with every mouthful. We provide stuffed turkeys only at Christmas time.
