Collio Picolit Cumins Azienda Agricola Livon

  • Vineyard: Cumins located in Ruttars in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio
  • Grape variety: Picolit
  • Harvested entirely by hand in boxes, with drying of the grapes for thirty days. Pressing and subsequent cleaning of the must by decantation. Fermentation takes place in Allier barriques at a controlled temperature of 20°C. At the end of fermentation, the product thus obtained is not decanted and remains to mature in the same containers for about eight months at a constant temperature. At the end of this period, final blending is carried out, followed by bottling and a further six months or so of ageing in the bottle before distribution.
  • ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: Deep straw yellow in colour, it has a delicate aroma of extraordinary finesse, reminiscent of wildflowers, almond, peach, acacia and chestnut. In the mouth it is enveloping, persistent and extremely elegant.
