Whole grain canestrello: yeast (yeast agents: E450, E500, common wheat starch), butter [pasteurized cream (milk), lactic ferments], sugar, whole wheat flour (4.6%), salt, lemon peel, lemon juice, pasteurized egg yolk.
Lemon-vanilla cookie: wheat flour, butter [pasteurized cream (milk), lactic ferments], peeled almond flour, sugar, egg white, salt, vanilla (0.2%) (vanilla seeds, vanilla extract), lemon peel (0.2%).
Walnut-chocolate shortbread cookie: wheat flour, sugar, milk chocolate (18%) (cocoa min. 46%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla pods, natural vanilla aroma), walnuts (18%), butter [pasteurised cream (milk), lactic ferments], pasteurised eggs, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate.
