This wine takes its name from the vineyard where the grapes are harvested: 4.14 hectares at an altitude of about 300 metres, one of the sunniest and most luminous in Franciacorta. The substratum is made up of glacial deposits rich in carbonate and characterised by sandy loam granulometry, compacted with gravel from the load produced by the glacier. A pure Chardonnay that ferments and matures for one year in small oak barrels with a capacity of 228 litres, before aging for at least two years in the bottle. The golden yellow colour heralds ample, suave and refined aromas, in which delicate hints of vanilla embrace sensations of quince and ripe citrus fruits. The palate, creamy and enveloping, soft and silky, structured as well as dynamic, deep in aromatic memories.
