Typical Sardinian bread obtained from Carasau bread. It is made of durum wheat semolina, water, salt and oil. The term ‘guttiau’, i.e. ‘dripped’, derives from the fact that it is seasoned with a drizzle of oil and salt. It is a product with a long shelf-life.
