A very pleasant aromatic raisin wine obtained from Moscato Giallo grapes left to dry for several months on open air racks. The grapes are vinified around February and left to macerate on the skins for just 24 hours. Fermentation proceeds slowly until it stops naturally when the alcohol content reaches around 15.0% vol., thus maintaining a natural sugar residue of about 50 g/lt. The result is a sweet wine with a beautiful golden yellow colour. On the nose, the typical aromatic sensation of Moscato is unmistakable, with the addition of fruity notes of apricot, peach, honey and vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh, fine and elegant; it is especially striking for its good acidity, which gives fragrance, pleasantness and freshness and is well balanced with the residual sugar.
