Franciacorta Brut Teatro alla Scala Azienda Agricola Bellavista

Chardonnay 75%, Pinot Noir 25%.
Dedicated to the legendary temple of opera, which the winery is inspired by, this is the best expression of the vintage and Bellavista style. The grapes for this great cuvée, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are the best possible, the result of a radical selection of single vines. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw material used, this Franciacorta differs from other Bruts in that more than a quarter of the wines from which it is made age for seven months in small oak barrels. Regal in its balance, able to indulge and at the same time to straddle the features of the vintage, this ‘Metodo Franciacorta’ impresses with its intensity and complexity. Intense straw yellow in colour, it has a very fine and persistent perlage, a prologue to aromas that appear quintessentially Bellavista in style. Generous and elegant are the floral notes of hawthorn, unpredictable the balsamic ones of laurel, first, then candied citrus fruits and small pastries. The flavour is thick, definite, aristocratic, creamy and deep at the same time. The finish is magnificent for its cleanliness and flavour.
