Rum baba

A soft and spongy dessert from the Neapolitan tradition, made from a fluffy dough left to rest for 36 hours and baked directly in glass jars to preserve its original fragrance. Its taste and the amber colour are unmistakable thanks to the delicious rum syrup that releases a sweet liquor flavour with every bite.
