Apricot and vanilla baba

A soft and spongy dessert from the Neapolitan tradition, made from a fluffy dough left to rest for 36 hours and baked directly in glass jars to preserve its original fragrance. The unmistakable taste of vanilla meets the sweet flavour of Vesuvius apricots in a sweet alcoholic syrup.
