The Colomba has always been one of the most popular artisan sweets of the Easter period. The classic leavened cake interpreted by Da Vittorio Maîtres Pâtissiers is a recipe with a unique taste and an overwhelming scent to enjoy in good company.

Our leavened products have a 45-day shelf life as they are handmade and therefore do not contain preservatives.
We recommend to store them in a cool, dry place and to keep them 24 hours at room temperature before consumption.
