With a maturation of 42/48 months, this ham is the king of the Iberian territory. The 100% purebred pigs are wild reared throughout their lives, giving origin to this delicacy whose production is limited to 3,000 head per year. The extreme care taken with the hams, cured in natural dryers, the direct control of the entire production cycle and the attention paid to the raw material lead to an outcome of high quality excellence. Its taste is strong, balanced and persistent.
