Hand-worked and left to rise naturally for 36 hours, it is a masterpiece of softness and harmony of flavors. The wheat flour and high quality butter combine with selected egg yolks, honey and vanilla to create a soft and fragrant dough. Sultanas, orange and candied cedar – prepared with fresh peel and natural syrups – give freshness and intensity, while orange paste and tonka bean add a unique aromatic touch. The crunchy almond glaze, with hazelnut flour and egg white, completes this creation with elegance and taste.
