Franciacorta ‘Brut Satèn’ Azienda Agricola Bellavista

Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in high hill vineyards. Grape selection is meticulous, to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once blended, the cuvée ages in the cellar for at least four years. Its abundant foam, very fine perlage and golden straw colour announce enchanting, suave aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and hazelnut. The fine mouthfeel follows suit, it is smooth and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.
