Stellato Leavened dough

Panettone Stellato is the result of the work of our Pastry Chefs, who had been searching for years for a leavened product that would enclose the soul of the two traditional Italian Christmas sweets; panettone and pandoro.
It is a pure leavened pastry, without candied fruit, with a golden soft dough, a star-shaped base like pandoro and a semi-spherical vertical development like panettone.

Storage and consumption
Our leavened products have a 45-day shelf life as they are handmade and therefore do not contain preservatives.
We recommend to store them in a cool, dry place and to keep them 24 hours at room temperature before consumption.
