The nose expresses fruity aromas and traces of orange peel and nuts and reveals subtle nuances of licorice, acacia honey and toasted bread. Remarkable balance, persistence on the palate and a feeling of purity.
- Chardonnay: 50-55% Pinot Noir: 35-40% Pinot Meunier: 10-15% Reserve wines: 30-35%.
- Ageing on lees: 6 years
