A simple but precious story is woven into the texture of this leavened cake: the collaboration between Da Vittorio and the Carrara Academy, born of a shared desire to support the restoration of the Church of San Bernardino in Bergamo. A concrete gesture to restore light to the place that houses Lorenzo Lotto’s famous ‘Pala di San Bernardino’, a living testimony of the Renaissance and our cultural identity. The dough is soft and contains small berries: blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries recall the scents of nature and a timeless taste. Not just a cake, but a gesture of participation in a project that celebrates beauty and shared memory.
