‘Poggio alle Gazze dell’Ornellaia’ owes its elegant Mediterranean style to the unique microclimate of the estate. This true gift of nature allows the production of a wine, made predominantly from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, that boasts a sumptuous structure and ripe fruit notes.
78% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Vermentino, 6% Verdicchio.
The nose releases intense notes of citrus and exotic fruits, accompanied by hints of cut grass and asparagus. The palate is ample and lively, characterised by vibrant acidity and a mineral, persistent finish.
