The Pacchero Cake is the most surprising and indulgent take on one of Da Vittorio’s signature dishes: the famous ‘Paccheri alla Vittorio.’ A signature dessert that transforms an icon of Italian cuisine into a masterpiece of haute pâtisserie, designed to captivate at first sight and win you over at the first bite.
A thin layer of white chocolate encases a soft, refined heart, comprising vanilla Chantilly custard, Margherita sponge cake, a strawberry and lemon compote, and a delicate vanilla syrup. On the surface, a crispy yuzu coating adds freshness and vibrancy, whilst the strawberry glaze echoes the intense colour of the tomato. The distinctive ‘cherry tomatoes’ are small white chocolate caskets with a creamy strawberry filling.
