The base is a fluffy Margherita cake enriched by fragrant and delicate rose-flavoured syrup. The heart of the cake is a fine vanilla Chantilly custard, combined with a strawberry and raspberry compote, for a perfect balance of freshness and sweetness. The cake is finished with soft, fresh, hand-whipped cream and embellished with a refined, hand-engraved chocolate decoration.
