For Halloween, the three-chocolate cake is transformed into a scenic and mouth-watering creation, perfect for celebrating this occasion in style. The base is a tasty, fluffy cocoa sponge cake which provides a deep contrast to the top layers.
The first layer is an intense, full-bodied dark chocolate mousse, which gives a strong, slightly bitter note.
At the heart of it all is a soft and creamy milk chocolate mousse with perfectly balanced sweetness.
The top layer is a light and silky white chocolate mousse, which completes the harmony of flavours and adds a touch of brightness.
The decoration evokes the atmosphere of Halloween through its most iconic symbol: the carved pumpkin, which reminds the legendary tale of Jack-o’-Lantern.
