Incubo ai tre cioccolati – 3-chocolate mono cake
A delicious single-portion 3-chocolate cake, dedicated to Halloween. The dark base of soft, moist cocoa sponge cake provides an elegant contrast to the overlapping layers of dark, milk and white chocolate mousse.
The bottom layer is a dense, rich dark chocolate mousse, which gives the cake a strong flavour. At the heart of it all is a soft and creamy milk chocolate mousse with perfectly balanced sweetness.
A velvety white chocolate mousse that is slightly sweeter and adds lightness and a striking colour contrast is on top.
The cake is decorated with a ghostly pumpkin face.
