Gift Voucher terms & conditions
- The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase: after this period it will no longer apply.
- The Gift Voucher can be used from Monday to Thursday night and on Sunday night (excluding public holidays).
- The room reservation will be considered valid only if the Gift Voucher is mentioned at the time of booking and delivered in paper form on arrival at Ristorante Da Vittorio on the same day.
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours from the booked service or in case of no-show, the voucher will be considered as used.
- Anything not expressly indicated is not included in the Gift Voucher.
How it works
- The Gift Voucher you have purchased will be sent to you directly by email immediately after payment.
- The Gift Voucher will have a unique identification code, indicated on the voucher itself: please refer to this code for any type of request.
- The Gift Voucher has no shipping costs: these will be charged only if the order contains other products purchased from our Gift Shop, according to the rates applied.
- If, in addition to the Gift Voucher, other items are also purchased from our Gift Shop, the gift voucher will be sent only by email and not together with the other products.
